Joberator Licensing Guidelines


Here are some general guidelines on how we operate. We provide non-commercial users with access to the Joberator Dataset, Algorithms, and Technology Systems under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial License [CC-BY-NC] as described in our Terms of Service.

This summary document provides guidelines for commercial and non-commercial licensees, but does not alter the Terms of Service or any applicable commercial agreements. We may modify this document periodically without notice. Your continued use of the Joberator Datasets, Algorithms, and Technology Systems after the effective date of any changes means that you agree to the changes

All commercial uses of the Joberator Dataset, Algorithms, and Technology Systems require a commercial agreement. “Commercial” is defined by the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial License as “a use in any manner that is primarily intended for or directed towards commercial advantage or monetary compensation.” Uses may be commercial whether they are public facing or internal, free or paid. Generally, the Joberator Dataset, Algorithms, and Technology Systems may not be used for commercial purposes without Joberator’s express written permission.

Commercial users who have signed a commercial agreement are granted full access to Joberator Dataset, Algorithms, and Technology Systems with regular updates and new added features; to be used for any commercial and financial benefits, with white label and fully customizable services.
